It is a partially renovated villa with a large private garden, ideal for up to 9 guests (5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with the possibility of parking 2 cars on the property, one of which is covered.
The villa is accessed by crossing the front garden and develops over two floors.
On the ground floor guests will find a large living room with fireplace (working), a dining area and a large covered terrace for eating outside during the whole vacation. There is also the well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a brand new bathroom with 'walk-in' shower.
In addition there are a large storage room and a practical washing area with external sink.
From the living room a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, the second completely renovated bathroom with shower and a solarium.
